How To Set Up Your New My BB Grounding Sheet.
STEP 1
Fit your new My BB premium grade grounding sheet onto your bed (sits on top of your mattress protector).
STEP 2
Connect the included grounding cord to the conductor on your sheet.
STEP 3
Plug your grounding cord into the wall outlet, only connecting to the ground pin (NO electricity), which connects to the Earth Rod outside.
STEP 4
Make your bed with your natural fibre favourite fitted sheet. You are now supporting sleep, nervous system regulation and inflammation.
FAQ
I've heard silver stops working within months?
This can only be true for cheaper versions with coated on silver threads. As long as your sheet is certified silver, you will be sleeping on the most conductive metal on earth. Yes, silver tarnishes over *years*, not days or months, which turns into silver oxide. This still remains more conductive than any other metal - this isn't hearsay, it's backed by science.
Can I wash this?
Yes! We actually recommend this every 1-3 months. Our grounding sheet lives under a normal fitted sheet, which will protect it.
Our grounding sheet is also woven with supreme grade silver, meaning no coating or threads.
Silver is extremely hygienic, self-cleaning and anti odour, which essentially protects itself!
Can I use a waterproof sheet?
No, waterproof sheets act as an insulator, blocking the conductive flow of electrons. In this instance, many parents set up their beds the following way: mattress protector/waterproof sheet, grounding sheet, normal bedsheet.
Can I use an electric blanket?
You can use an electric blanket with your grounding sheet — we recommend warming the bed first, then switching the blanket off before sleep. This way you get the warmth and the full grounding benefit without the two working against each other. If you prefer to leave it on, place the electric blanket over your fitted sheet rather than under it.
What if my little one has an 'accident'?
No problem! This won't affect the conductivity of our sheet at all and they are built to be washed.

Is this safe?

No. This is an underlay designed to sit under your regular fitted sheet. Natural fibres (cotton, bamboo, linen) work best.
How long will it last?
